My name is Edyta Wolny-Ibrahim

I have a PhD in Humanities. In February 2020 I defended my PhD dissertation at the University of Warsaw. My dissertation dealt with was concerning teaching Islam in Egyptian primary schools in the years 2013/2014 – 2015/2016. Based on it I prepared the book entitled „ISLAM AND CIVIC EDUCATION IN EGYPT. Analysis of Textbooks for Islamic Upbringing” (Pub. Institute of Mediterranean and Oriental Cultures Polish Academy of Sciences) – one of the few all over the world on this topic. Currently I am working at the Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University in Al-Khobar (Saudi Arabia) as an Assistant Professor.
