How fast am I answering?

Generally I always try to answer every message (Email or WhatsApp) in max 2 working days. If I am very busy, I will always send you a confirmation of receiving your message and will give you the time when you can expect my answer. So, if you don’t receive anything from me in 48 hours it means that there was some problem and please kindly ask you to contact me one more time.

While talking about contacting me via telephone, due to my various work obligations and respect to my customers, I can often have bells turned off. That is why I recommend you an Email contact. If you want me to recall you – write me a message on WhatsApp or Email and leave me your contact data (name, family name and phone number).

Preferred payment for services – bank transfer. I DO NOT offer sworn translations.
